Please read and review all 10 institutional policy sections below. You must scroll to the bottom of this document before you can unlock and check the agreement box.

1

Academic Integrity & Authentic Authorship

All submitted assignments, laboratory exercises, research papers, quizzes, and examination answers must strictly represent your own original, authentic intellectual work. Plagiarism in any form, unauthorized collaboration during individual assessments, purchasing or copying academic deliverables, and submitting fraudulent records are grave offenses subject to disciplinary action under the ICC Senior High School Student Handbook.

2

Responsible AI & Generative Technology Guidelines

Integrated artificial intelligence tools and tutoring assistants are provided exclusively for conceptual comprehension, exploratory learning, and study guidance. Submitting AI-generated text, solutions, or code without faculty authorization and explicit attribution is prohibited. Course faculty retain full authority to require manual defense, proctored verification, or authentic revisions of any submitted assessment.

3

Account Security & Google Authenticator (2FA)

Your portal account, institutional Login ID, password, and Google Authenticator Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) security keys are strictly personal and non-transferable. You are accountable for all activities conducted under your credentials. Sharing account credentials, logging into another user's workstation, or attempting to bypass security authentication constitutes an institutional violation.

4

Data Privacy Act Compliance (Republic Act No. 10173)

Interface Computer College collects, processes, and protects your educational records, attendance logs, assessment submissions, and gradebook data in strict adherence to the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Information stored within SIGMA ELMS is processed solely for legitimate academic administration, curriculum tracking, and Department of Education (DepEd) compliance, protected by organizational and technical safeguards.

5

Acceptable IT Infrastructure & Network Utilization

Users must not perform automated vulnerability scanning, reverse engineering, unauthorized database querying, network denial of service, script injection, or system tampering against the SIGMA ELMS servers. All portal interactions are logged in institutional audit trails for accountability and forensic integrity.

6

Intellectual Property & Courseware Distribution Rights

All learning materials, presentations, curriculum modules, assessment questionnaires, and digital assets published on SIGMA ELMS remain the proprietary intellectual property of Interface Computer College and respective instructors. Unauthorized reproduction, public distribution, or commercial reposting of institutional materials outside the portal is strictly forbidden.

7

Digital Code of Conduct & Online Classroom Etiquette

All communications across SIGMA ELMS discussion boards, submissions, notifications, and portal feedback channels must uphold the highest standards of mutual respect and civility. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, disruption of online sessions, or posting defamatory material will result in immediate portal sanctions and referral to the Office of Student Affairs.

8

Continuous System Audit Trails & Activity Telemetry

The SIGMA ELMS platform automatically records system activity logs, including login timestamps, IP addresses, device identifiers, session lifecycles, assessment submission events, and security access attempts. These audit logs serve as objective verification data for academic verification, grading dispute resolution, and regulatory accreditation.

9

Device Security & Public Workstation Logout

When accessing SIGMA ELMS from computer laboratories, shared family devices, or public computer terminals, users are strictly required to explicitly log out after finishing their session. Leaving active portal sessions unattended on shared workstations compromises student privacy and creates vulnerability to unauthorized profile manipulation.

10

Disciplinary Sanctions, Account Revocation & Appeals

Violations of institutional policies, academic misconduct, or unauthorized system exploitation may lead to temporary account suspension, assessment nullification, disciplinary probation, or permanent revocation of ELMS portal access. Sanctioned users may file a written appeal through the ICC Academic Review Committee pursuant to student handbook due process.
